Heathrow meet and greet: where to go at Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5
Heathrow · Updated 1 October 2026 · 3 min read
Where to meet your driver at each Heathrow terminal, when to call, what the drop-off charge is, and how collection works when you land.
With meet and greet at Heathrow you drive to your terminal, hand your keys to a driver, and walk straight to check-in. Your car is parked off-airport while you're away and brought back to the same place when you land. Here's exactly how the day works.
Before you set off
- Have your booking confirmation, your car keys and a way to pay the car park charge ready.
- Take all valuables out of the car before you hand it over.
- Check your confirmation email for your operator's phone numbers and the exact row they use. Operators use different rows, so always go by your own confirmation.
When you're about 20 minutes away
Call the number in your confirmation email. This gives your driver time to be waiting at the meeting point. If you're running early or late, call them as soon as you know.
Where to go at each terminal
Heathrow has a dedicated area for meet and greet ("Off airport parking") in the terminal car parks. Follow the signs for your terminal's Short Stay car park, then look for the Off airport parking signs.
- Terminal 2: Short Stay car park, Level 4, "Off airport parking". Keep to the far right-hand lane as you approach the ramp. Sat-nav: TW6 1EW.
- Terminal 3: Short Stay car park, Level 4, "Off airport parking". Sat-nav: TW6 1QG.
- Terminal 4: the meeting point varies by operator, and some use the Long Stay car park. Use the directions in your confirmation email.
- Terminal 5: Short Stay car park, use the far-left lane up to Level 4, "Off airport parking". Sat-nav: TW6 2GA.
The row letter (for example Row B, or Row R or S at Terminal 5) depends on your operator and is in your confirmation email.
Handing over your car
Your driver meets you at the booked time, helps with luggage, confirms your return flight and date, and checks the car with you, taking photos of its condition for the record. Then you walk into the terminal.
The car park charge
Heathrow charges for the time you spend in the Short Stay car park at drop-off and at collection. At the time of writing it's about £8 each way for up to 30 minutes, set by Heathrow and subject to change, so check Heathrow's current tariff. It's paid at the machine or the exit barrier.
Whether it's included depends on your booking. Most meet and greet prices don't include it; some services, such as AeroPark Exclusive, cover it for you. Your booking page and confirmation show which applies to you.
Heathrow is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). If your car doesn't meet the ULEZ standard, Transport for London's daily charge applies, and you pay it to TfL, not to us or your operator.
When you land
- Call your operator as soon as your plane lands, and speak to someone, so they can start bringing your car.
- Call again once you've collected your bags. Your car is then brought to the same meeting point you used at drop-off.
Operators track incoming flights, so an earlier, delayed or cancelled flight is taken into account. Adding your return flight number when you book helps.
